iTaageer collects only the information needed to operate vetted campaigns, donations, and support requests.
Information we collect
Donation forms may collect name, phone number, optional email, donation amount, and optional donor message. Contact forms may collect name, phone, optional email, subject, category, and message details.
How we use information
Information is used to operate selected campaigns, process donation records, communicate with donors or support contacts, review campaign updates, and maintain platform safety and compliance.
Payment data
Payment details are processed by Bixi or approved payment providers. Sensitive payment credentials should not be stored in public browser code or exposed in client-side environment variables. iTaageer may store Bixi transaction identifiers, status, issuer, receipt, fee, and response details for reconciliation and support.
Public donor messages
Donor phone and email details are private to admins. A donor message is shown publicly only when the donation is paid and the donor chooses to show the message. Anonymous donations display as Anonymous.
Third-party sharing
iTaageer does not sell personal information for marketing. Data may be shared with service providers when needed for payment processing, support, hosting, compliance, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
Admin access
Admins use protected tools to manage campaigns, donations, updates, and support messages. Service role credentials must remain server-side and must never be exposed in browser code.
User rights
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where legally available. Some records may need to be retained for transaction, compliance, security, or legal reasons.
