Terms of Use
These terms describe the launch-phase use of iTaageer, a Bixi product for selected, vetted campaigns.
Eligibility
Donors must be legally able to contribute funds. Any campaign owner, partner, NGO, or public initiative representative must be authorized to submit campaign information and receive or manage funds.
Phase-one campaign access
Public users can browse active campaigns and submit donation records. Public users cannot create campaigns during phase one. iTaageer admins review and publish campaigns manually.
Donations
Submitted donations create a local payment attempt and trigger a Bixi mobile money collection request in USD. A donation is counted toward a campaign only after Bixi returns an approved payment response or an authorized admin verifies the payment.
Payment processing
Bixi payment collection uses a debit request from the donor mobile money account. Payment delays, failures, refunds, chargebacks, and settlement timing may depend on Bixi and the verified campaign workflow.
Content
Campaign stories, updates, and donor messages should be accurate and respectful. iTaageer may edit, hide, or remove content that is unsafe, misleading, abusive, or not aligned with campaign verification.
Future public applications
In phase two, iTaageer may slowly open public campaign applications. Campaign applicants will be expected to provide accurate information, verification documents, campaign goals, timelines, media, and compliance details before any public launch.
